Make sure you filled in all the required fields on the form. Your registration is only valid if no data is missing.
Method of Payment
A confirmation together with further details for payment will be sent to you via email.
Besides the type of your room determined by your pass, we try to fulfil your requests about the location and type of your room. The rooms of Gold Pass fit for 2, the rooms for Silver Pass fit for maximum 4 people. Please add your Room-mate(s) in the given field.
The dates indicated for discount are meant for the date of the transfer or the date of paying by cash.
As the number of participants is limited, the slots are reserved according to the order of the incoming payments.
The Bailaton Salsa Festival is a private event, only people wearing valid wristband are allowed to participate on it or be present on the premises of the hotel area.
The incoming payments for (deposit) are accepted on a 'first comes first served' basis.
By paying the deposit the participants acknowledge that in case of a step back after 01/April refund is only possible if the payee nominates a substitute person taking over his/her place.
